See our parent website at Aranda MD Enterprises. Our mission is to provide you with personalized, high-quality care to prevent and treat mild symptoms of COVID. Because we see so much COVID, even in those who have been fully vaccinated, our goal is to maintain and improve your health through COVID treatment medications like ivermectin, fluvoxamine and budesonide. We strive to bring I-MASK+ Protocol medications to your doorstep. We give thanks to the FLCCC for their Protocols that have saved lives from COVID.
With one appointment, an armamentarium of prescription medications are ordered for you. PREVENTION medications arrive in 3-5 days; for the mildly sick, EARLY OUTPATIENT TREATMENT medications both arrive at your door and are e-prescribed to your local pharmacy.
If you are sick, our goal is to:
1) Get your appointment within an hour; and
2) Get your prescription medications sent electronically within one hour after your appointment.
If needed, we will fight to get you what is right for your road to recovery.
We follow both I-MASK+ Protocols: 1) PREVENTION and 2) EARLY OUTPATIENT TREATMENT PROTOCOLS FOR COVID-19. When or if we reach our limitations in caring for you, we will advise that the doctor wants you to be seen in person by a local doctor. In extreme cases, she will recommend you go to an Emergency Room.
COVID-KITS offer the I-MASK+ standard array of prescriptions geared to protect and treat you and your family, employees, co-workers, and travelers' most common COVID situations and symptoms. Our goal is to protect and improve your overall health and peace of mind, empowering you with COVID-KITS, a targeted array of prescription medications at your fingertips. Let's get started today on a path to preserving or restoring who you are at your best.
For COVID PREVENTION, there is a standard protocol that applies to virtually every patient age 12 and up. Ordering your preventive COVID-KITS while well allows the doctor to maximize your care as you work or travel, instead of waiting until you get sick. You also have the serenity of knowing that in case of sickness, you are armed for immediate treatment.
Review the I-MASK Protocol Supplements for Prevention, Treatment and Long Haul Syndrome at www.flccc.net; they are not yet included in our program.
After your doctor's instructions, go ahead and start your COVID-KITS as soon as you turn COVID + or develop symptoms.
For OUTPATIENT TREATMENT OF MILD SYMPTOMS, an array of protocol medications are necessary to combat the spiked protein particle's serotonin surge: blood clotting, lung damage, and brain inflammation, as well as Long Haul Syndrome. Medications include: ivermectin, fluvoxamine, budesonide/formoterol inhaler, doxycycline antibiotic and a chlorhexadine gargle. They get to you both through your local pharmacy and by mail.
EXPOSURE TO A COVID+ PERSON: After your doctor's appointment, have your mini-COVID-KITS on hand for each family member to take just two doses ivermectin on Day #1 and 48 hours later. If needed, supplement with off-protocol medications that are unique to your serenity, needs, and exposure. We love to think outside the box and within reason.
LONG HAUL COVID-19 SYNDROME (LHCS) Either you know you had COVID or you are unsure you had COVID; either way, you know things are not right. Those around you say you forget things or are not as "sharp" as before you may have had COVID. Maybe you had it in early 2020, before testing was available, so you were unable to get a formal COVID-19 diagnosis.
Long Haul Syndrome is similar to many other chronic illnesses associated with brain fog and chronic fatifue:
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME)
POST-VACCINE INFLAMMATORY SYNDROME: After receiving the vaccine, some develop a full COVID syndrome due to spike protein particles' causing severe inflammation thought due to the activation of monocytes.. Treatment is the same as Long Haul Syndrome and starts with ivermectin only, the same as COVID Treatment.
AFTER COVID: Even if your initial COVID symptoms were mild, you can still get LHCS. Symptoms are similar to Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), which are all known to be the same thing. It is also similar to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and the treatment regimen can progress to target and exacerbate mast cells, which cause histamine release and allergic reactions. We like to save MCAS-like treatment as long as possible, because many find that going on a histamine diet and avoiding histamine-triggering foods is a huge quality-of-life issue.
THE DELTA VARIANT
Effective October 12, 2021, the FLCCC's I-MASK+ EARLY OUTPATIENT TREATMENT PROTOCOL for mild symptoms changed. The new dosing regimen is now to be given at the very first sign of symptoms:
0.40 - 0.60 mg/kg of ivermectin
This means that if you were already a patient of ours, you would double or triple your ivermectin dose for COVID symptoms like:
Eye pain or redness
Loss of taste or smell
Ringing in the ears
Shortness of Breath
It is not clear how the Prevention arm changes with time, but the. current Protocol and our doctor currently recommends her patients take ivermectin 2 times per week and ensure it is taken with 30 gram fatty food.
SYMPTOMS OF LONG HAUL SYNDROME: After COVID, some experience prolonged complaints that need quick treatment:
* Discomfort, sickness
* Uneasiness whose exact cause is difficult to identify
* Something is just not right about you
* Generalized fatigue
* Sleep difficulties
* Anosmia or an inability to smell
* Loss of taste or a decreased appetite
* Painful joints
* Dyspnea or shortness of breath at rest or with exercise
* Chest pain
* Cognitive dysfunction or brain fog
I-RECOVER MANAGEMENT PROTOCOL FOR LHCS: With COVID, it is thought that delayed ivermectin treatment in the early symptomatic phase results in a high viral load that leads to a higher risk and severity of LHS.
The I-RECOVER algorithm for LHS includes:
1. Ivermectin and fluvoxamine
2. Pulmonary function tests if oxygenation continues to be a problem
3. Steroid treatment with predisone before deciding on two types of mast cell activation therapy:
If treatment of Long Haul Syndrome is not successful, one may go on to the I-RECOVER PROTOCOL. This stabilizes mast cell activation and halts the cycle of continual symptoms that never seem to go away. Bear in mind that if you go on an antihistamine diet, this is the best and first thing to try; eating the wrong foods may actually be triggering mast cells. Our doctor feels it best to go on an antihistamine diet before attempting drug therapy.
FIRST LINE MCAS THERAPY:
1. A Type I Antihistamine: Loratadine, Cetirizine or Fexofenadine
2. A Type II Antihistamine: Famotidine or Nizatidine
3. A Mast Cell Stabilizer: Rupadatine or Kitotifen; Sodium Cromoglycate or Quercetin if needed
SECOND LINE MCAS THERAPY:
2. Low-dose Naltrexone
4. Selective seritonin receptor inhibitors: Prozac, Fluvoxamine
WOMEN'S AGE MANAGEMENT: If you have hot flashes of menopause and your blood work shows low estrogen, progesterone and/or testosterone, you may do well with hormone replacement therapy (HRT). You may also need a bone density or DEXA Scan, and an EKG. Before therapy, get an updated mammogram and PAP.
MEN'S AGE MANAGEMENT: If you have a loss of libido or sexual dysfunction, fall asleep in the afternoons or difficulty concentrating, you may have low testosterone. You may need hormone replacement therapy with testosterone, as well as aging tests like diet, kidneys, liver, blood sugar, and vitamin D. You may also need a bone density or DEXA Scan, and an EKG. Before therapy, get an updated urology examination and PSA.
Get a full medical history, review of medications, allergies, surgeries, and our doctor will order your labs and send you for any testing or consultations needed to keep you aging well.
